This six-month volunteer role offers a chance to contribute to the growth of aspiring young minds in Jamaica. You will coordinate program visits, evaluate student engagement, and strengthen social media presence, all while fostering financial literacy in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor Biz Town school field visits

• Document student progress and evaluate learning outcomes

• Assist with program logistics during simulations

• Facilitate social media campaigns to boost program visibility

• Prepare completion certificates for participating students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or related field

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong technological skills with Microsoft Office

• Enthusiastic about working with high school students

• Experience in customer service is beneficial
