Key Responsibilities:

• Design effective training materials for onboarding and growth

• Leverage Articulate 360 and Adobe Acrobat in course design

• Create instructional graphics and user interfaces

• Develop multimedia training materials, including simulations

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet content needs

Requirements:

• Degree in instructional design or related discipline

• Proven experience in creating business communications

• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Power Point

• Understanding of adult learning principles

• Experience with both virtual and in-person training facilitation
