Training and Compliance Instructor

Position: Cintas Training and Compliance Instructor
Join Cintas as a Training and Compliance Instructor, specializing in First Aid and Safety. Deliver essential training courses while ensuring safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

In this full-time position, Cintas is looking for an experienced instructor to teach OSHA, First Aid, and CPR courses. You will not only provide instruction but also sell and manage training services to clients while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Your role will significantly impact client safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate comprehensive training courses on safety topics

• Schedule and promote training programs to clients

• Upsell safety and first aid products effectively

• Work closely with service teams for compliance checks

• Ensure all training meets OSHA standards and regulations

Requirements:

• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license required

• High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Familiarity with safety product requirements

• Training or teaching experience preferred

• Background in B2B sales is advantageous
