As a consultant, you will focus on K to 12 Career Education, collaborating with various educational stakeholders to enhance curriculum and resources. You will implement initiatives to improve career development outcomes and lead diverse teams in educational projects, all aimed at preparing students for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and enhance career-related educational resources
• Oversee curriculum development processes with teacher inputs
• Foster partnerships with pre-K and post-secondary institutions
• Manage grant-related projects and funding guidance
• Coordinate with the department on strategic educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in K to 12 Career Development
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent
• Leadership experience in diverse project teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational capabilities under pressure
