Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for development and training materials
• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies
• Analyze training needs across various business units
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for effective delivery
• Review training content's effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of instructional design models like ADDIE
• Strong business acumen relating to training impact
