The University of Toronto is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for CSC

This appointment runs from September 1 to December 31, 2026, in the Faculty of Arts & Science. Ideal candidates will possess a graduate degree in Computer Science along with proven teaching experience at the university or equivalent industry level. The instructor will be expected to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience through organized lectures and support.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver organized lectures in person
- Manage all course administration and assessments
- Interact with students during office hours and via email
- Oversee and mentor teaching assistants as needed
- Conduct grading and provide timely feedback on assignments
- Master’s degree in Computer Science required
- Robust teaching experience is essential
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Teaching experience in undergraduate courses preferred
- Evidence of excellence in prior teaching engagement
