Position: Lead Training Facilitator Opportunity
Take on a pivotal role with IntouchCX as a Training Facilitator, leading impactful training programs for team members. Innovate and engage through your passion for learning.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to shape the training landscape within IntouchCX. As a leader in adult education, you will deliver training modules effectively while adapting to various learning styles.

Your role includes assessing performance and developing creative curricula that enhance training outcomes while being an integral part of new Trainer developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dynamic training sessions for teams of 25

• Design and implement training strategies and assessments

• Provide ongoing QA monitoring and constructive feedback

• Track progress and effectiveness of training initiatives

• Supervise and support new Trainers in the organization

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or Business Administration preferred

• Experience in customer service training and coaching

• Strong skills in communication and problem-solving

• Ability to facilitate learning in fast-paced environments

• Valid documents for international travel roles
