As a Nurse Educator at Shared Health, you will collaborate with nursing and allied health staff in the Crisis Response Center. In your role, you will focus on developing educational programs for various nursing and support staff, alongside nursing practice standards and patient education. With a strong emphasis on crisis response, your expertise will be critical in shaping responsive community care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop educational programs for nursing and support staff
• Conduct teaching and learning activities
• Establish nursing practice standards and patient education
• Provide professional and self-development opportunities
• Support allied health staff in educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum four years of recent nursing experience
• Proven teaching and program development experience
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing;
Master's preferred
• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Manitoba
• Certification in a specialty area is preferred
