Job Overview

Sessional Instructor to teach Fall 2026 ENTI 668.04 LEC 01 (AI in Business: Foundations, Innovation, and Recent Business Opportunities). Lectures are held on Saturdays from 08:30 to 17:30, starting October 17 and ending November 21, 2026. Registrar scheduled exams, if applicable, will take place between December 8 and December 18, 2026.

Course Description

This course equips MBA students with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles of artificial intelligence (AI) and explores its transformative impact on business. Participants will gain practical insights into identifying and harnessing AI-driven innovations across diverse business sectors.

Through a structured framework, students will learn to uncover new business opportunities and strategically apply AI to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiencies. Hands‑on exercises and case studies illustrate how AI optimizes processes, fosters innovation, and unlocks new avenues for growth within existing organizations and startup businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Teach the course content as outlined in the syllabus.
  • Deliver lectures each Saturday.
  • Maintain course records, and participate in any required meetings or training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate‑level degree or equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of new and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) topics is required.
  • Experience in fundamental principles of artificial intelligence (AI) within established organizations and/or new ventures is required.
  • Prior experience teaching this course or a comparable subject is required.
