Position: Level 7 Research EDIA Advisor Role
Join the University of Manitoba as a Level 7 Research EDIA Advisor and lead efforts to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion in research initiatives. This full-time role involves integrating EDIA into university policies and proposals.

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in related fields and over five years of experience advancing EDIA in research settings. You will be an essential part of strategic planning and grant proposal submission, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovative research practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist advice on EDIA integration in research

• Manage annual strategic EDIA planning processes

• Conduct data analysis to assess EDIA progress

• Create and deliver workshops on EDIA for researchers

• Ensure compliance with external EDIA reporting standards

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social justice or related field

• Five to seven years of applicable experience

• Strong skills in time management and analysis

• Experience in research contexts

• Ability to facilitate diverse training sessions
