As a Senior Manager in this role, you will spearhead patient safety training within the Clinical Risk Management unit. Collaborating with leadership, you will analyze feedback to continually refine training methodologies. Your involvement in delivering workshops and online training will drive significant advancements in patient safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to develop impactful training structures

• Evaluate training outcomes to ensure program reliability

• Introduce and foster innovative learning approaches

• Deliver engaging workshops and online training materials

• Monitor workflows to guarantee compliance and effective audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related area

• At least 4 years of healthcare experience

• Experience in education and training is beneficial

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point
