As an On-Call Early Childhood Educator at Fueling Brains, you'll collaborate with a team driven to enhance children's education. This role requires a commitment to project-based learning and the ability to motivate children while maintaining a safe and caring atmosphere. You'll lead by example, ensuring that children respect themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate creative and independent problem-solving in students

• Implement planning of open-ended, individualized activities

• Report on students' progress with parents or the Director

• Assist in creating a nurturing and educational workspace

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Valid Early Childhood Certification – ECE Level 2/3

• Passion for Reggio-inspired or Montessori methods

• First Aid Certificate (may be obtained upon hire)

• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
