Position: Summer ETS Floater Role at SAAAC
Make an impact this summer as an ETS Floater at SAAAC Autism Centre. This role supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through structured, group-based learning at Birchmount Campus in Scarborough.

As part of the Canada Summer Jobs initiative, this eight-week position allows you to work with facilitators to deliver effective group programming. You'll assist in creating individualized strategies and prepare materials that enhance learning and engagement for children. Your contributions will help promote positive development during the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facilitators to implement group programs

• Aid in creating tailored intervention strategies for children

• Track progress and participate in goal-setting discussions

• Prepare engaging materials and visual tools for classrooms

• Join staff meetings to discuss student observations and needs

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a relevant educational program

• Experience with children or disabilities is a plus

• Knowledge of ASD and ABA concepts

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Must have transport for site travel
