As the Cafeteria Operations Manager, you will be essential in managing all aspects of the school food services program. This role uniquely blends culinary education and nutrition services for students in a dynamic school environment. Your leadership will drive food quality while ensuring efficient daily cafeteria operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all food preparation and service operations
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards
• Create diverse and appealing menus for students
• Supervise food budget and supplies
• Coordinate training and support for students in culinary programs
Requirements:
• Culinary Arts or related field diploma
• 3 to 5 years food service management experience
• WHMIS or equivalent safety certification
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
