This pivotal role within the Career Development Centre at the Asper School of Business requires an undergraduate degree and two years’ administrative experience. You will facilitate employer engagement for co-op opportunities, assisting students with resume development, interview preparation, and career planning. Collaboration with faculty to enhance program effectiveness is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the co-op program and engage with employers
• Support recruitment and placement processes for co-op students
• Provide career education and individualized student coaching
• Develop and deliver career-focused workshops and master classes
• Collaborate with faculty to improve co-op programming
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in administering co-op or internship programs
• Knowledge of career consulting and coaching principles
• Strong administrative and marketing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media channels
