This position requires an undergraduate degree, ideally in Human Resource Management or a related field, and a minimum of two years administrative experience. You will manage a co-op program, advise students, and hold workshops. The role also entails strong networking, marketing skills, and the ability to establish collaborative relationships with employers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine eligibility and conduct selection interviews
• Develop and deliver learning modules and workshops
• Advise students on co-op program and career strategies
• Build relationships with employers for program success
• Manage marketing and social media outreach
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in co-op or internship management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
