This Grade 4 teaching position emphasizes relationships and collaborative teaching while using inquiry-based approaches aligned with the CISVA Christian Education Curriculum and BC Ministry of Education Curriculum. You will work closely with colleagues to foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages personal growth and active participation in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with students and peers

• Support cognitive and emotional development through the curriculum

• Implement inquiry-based, student-centered learning approaches

• Conduct Foundations Skills Assessment as necessary

• Encourage active student involvement in classroom activities

Requirements:

• Familiarity with administering Foundations Skills Assessment

• Passion for nurturing and supporting student growth

• Experience in collaborative teaching environments

• Understanding of the CISVA curriculum
