This 8-week contract position involves supporting youth employment programs through detailed analysis. You will gather data, conduct literature reviews, and present findings that enhance program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct literature reviews for employment pathways
• Gather data from program evaluations
• Prepare impactful reports and visual data for stakeholders
• Assist in planning workshops and meetings
• Complete additional duties as directed
Requirements:
• Eligible candidates aged 15 to 30 years
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Commitment to promoting equity and inclusion
