Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on suitable career paths and outcomes

• Offer expert resources for enhanced counselling
Requirements:
• A Master's degree in counselling or equivalent
• At least five years of experience with medical education
• Familiarity with AFMC career counselling standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to manage competing tasks efficiently
