The University of Winnipeg seeks Contract Academic Staff for the course Inclusive Approaches in Winnipeg, MB. This contract role runs from August 17, 2026, to January 25, 2027.
Join the Faculty of Education as an academic professional teaching EDUC- with a projected enrolment of 45 students. Conduct classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 6:20 PM. Ideal candidates will possess a Masters in Education or a related field, helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach 24 classes throughout the semester
• Manage course materials and assessments
• Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Support student learning and academic growth
• Conduct evaluations of student progress
Requirements:
• Masters in Education or related field
• Proven teaching experience in higher education
• Commitment to equity and diversity in education
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability during specified class times
