Position: Balmoral Hall School Boarding Leadership Role
Become the Assistant Dean of Boarding at Balmoral Hall School and shape an empowering living environment for adolescent girls. This full-time position involves mentorship, organizational duties, and evening shifts.

In this role at Balmoral Hall, you will be instrumental in managing the boarding experience for up to 70 students. Reporting to the Dean of Boarding, your responsibilities will include supervising the boarding assistants, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and serving as a mentor. Your strong problem-solving and leadership skills will play a key role in responding to the needs of the boarders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and supportive boarding environment

• Guide and support the team of boarding assistants

• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines

• Actively engage with boarders during daily activities

• Monitor students' physical and emotional well-being

Requirements:

• Proven ability to communicate and relate with adolescents

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with youth

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings

• Respect for cultural diversity within the boarding community
