Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with public and private sector employers

• Coach students on career planning and job search strategies

• Design and conduct workshops on career development topics

• Manage recruitment activities and co-op program marketing

• Innovate co-op policies and strategic initiatives collaboratively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum three years managing co-op or internship programs

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities

• Proven administrative and organizational skills

• Experience with social media for recruitment purposes
