In this full-time role, you will lead classroom activities and ensure exceptional educational experiences through individualized learning. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a nurturing environment for students and cultivating strong relationships with parents. By guiding development and collaboration amongst staff, you will uphold the values of the Montessori philosophy and contribute to a thriving educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the Montessori curriculum effectively
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning space
• Regularly assess and observe individual student growth
• Communicate progress and insights with parents
• Ensure quality operations and staff support
Requirements:
• Certified ECE III in Early Childhood Education
• Valid certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Clear criminal and child abuse checks
• Preferred Montessori credential from recognized program
• Previous Montessori experience is advantageous
