Position: Full-Time Early Years Manager at VSOCC
Lead the charge for early years programming at VSOCC, Vancouver, as a full-time Early Years Manager. Focus on operational excellence and compliance for outstanding childcare services.
This leadership role emphasizes overseeing licensed childcare programs to meet BC regulations while engaging families in the educational process. You will support curriculum development, manage staff recruitment and performance, and ensure effective communication with families and stakeholders. Experience and strong skills in organizational management are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of licensed childcare programs

• Ensure compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulations

• Support curriculum and family engagement initiatives

• Manage recruitment, training, and staff performance

• Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders
Requirements:

• Basic ECE and Infant/Toddler license in BC

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in childcare

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of BC Early Learning Framework

• Ability to travel between VSOCC locations
