The Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning is seeking a Curriculum Consultant to lead the provincial implementation of the Manitoba School Leadership Framework. This role emphasizes effective school leadership development, requiring demonstrated leadership experience and a Master’s degree in education. You'll play a crucial role in aligning accountability frameworks and enhancing collaboration among various educational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee provincial implementation of the School Leadership Framework

• Coordinate with external stakeholders for leadership development

• Facilitate collaboration to meet education priorities

• Manage complex projects and ensure alignment with initiatives

• Implement and report on school/divisional planning

Requirements:

• Master's degree in education with leadership experience

• Knowledge of K to 12 education systems and practices

• Effective change management and planning skills

• Strong interpersonal communication abilities

• Valid Manitoba Teacher's Certificate and Driver's License
