Sign Language Program Manager Singapore

Lead and promote Singapore Sign Language education with The Singapore Association for the Deaf. As a Manager, oversee curriculum development and community outreach initiatives.
This Manager role requires robust leadership to mentor Sign Language instructors while managing program curricula and workshops. You'll be active in planning community events and outreach projects that enhance engagement with the Deaf community, making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities   Lead and mentor a team of Sign Language instructors
Manage and update program curricula and workshops
Plan outreach projects and community events
Collaborate on budget preparation and impact reporting
Support cross-departmental initiatives for wider engagement
Requirements   Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Native fluency in Singapore Sign Language
Knowledge of the Deaf community is a plus
Passion for teaching and community empowerment
Drive positive change in Sign Language education while fostering community empowerment with The Singapore Association for the Deaf.
