Bilingual Child Care Coordinator

Join the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning as a Bilingual Child Care Coordinator in Winnipeg, MB. This full time role requires expertise in early childhood education and compliance. Reporting to the Supervisor of Licensing & Compliance, this coordinator will support the ELCC program through licensing and monitoring child care facilities.

Key Responsibilities   Develop and license recent child care facilities
Monitor compliance with legislation and policies
Enhance child care quality through assessments
Deliver resources to providers and community groups
Consult on budgets and facility design guidelines
Requirements   Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Extensive experience in child care settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and Criminal Record Check
