In this vital role, you'll collaborate with the Human Resources team to create impactful training materials for in-person, virtual, and self-guided learning experiences. Your expertise in visual learning aids and course content will ensure successful training outcomes. You'll manage content across diverse delivery methods and maintain active communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce training materials for onboarding and safety

• Utilize Articulate 360/Storyline and MS suite effectively

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content

• Communicate with stakeholders for timely material updates

• Manage data using the internal Learning Management System

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in instructional design or related field

• Experienced in editing business communications

• Familiar with various learning delivery methods

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Power Point

• Knowledge of adult learning principles is an asset
