Homeroom Teacher; Academic Year

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Homeroom Teacher to join our educational team. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with MB curriculum standards
• Deliver instruction across various subjects, adapting methods to meet diverse student needs
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages respect, curiosity, and active participation
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Incorporate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area;
  Valid Manitoba teaching certification, certification from another Canadian province, or proof of application in progress.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and software
• Uphold school policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Report directly to the School Principal and contribute to advancing the school’s mission and vision
