Part-Time History Course Faculty

Teach the History of Indigenous Education at the University of Winnipeg as part of a dynamic academic team. This part-time contract role spans from December 2026 to May 2027.

The University of Winnipeg's Faculty of Arts is hiring Contract Academic Staff for the HIST- course exploring Indigenous education history, with an emphasis on residential schools. You will lead 12 online, hybrid classes, promoting vibrant discussions and learning among approximately 48 students, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive academic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 12 hybrid/synchronous classes on Indigenous education

• Lead engaging discussions and promote critical thinking

Requirements:

• Minimum ABD in post-M.A. studies
