The University of Winnipeg invites applications for a contract instructor role in the Geography department. Teach the GEOG-3509 course, engaging an estimated 50 students over 12 classes. A master’s degree in Geography or a related field is required, and prior teaching experience is advantageous for applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach the Regional Geography of Canada course (GEOG-3509)
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials
• Assess and evaluate student performance
• Conduct classes every Tuesday evening
• Engage and support students throughout the course
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Geography or related field
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Availability for all scheduled class times
