Elevate your academic career by joining the University of Winnipeg as a Contract Instructor for the Human Rights Program. This role focuses on teaching International Human Rights Law for one semester.
The Faculty of Arts invites applications for an engaging teaching position in the Global College Human Rights Program. You'll teach the HR- course occurring from September 8, 2026, to December 23, 2026, with classes on T/Th. Ideal candidates will possess a related Master’s degree and experience in academic instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct 24 classes throughout the semester
• Develop course materials that stimulate critical thinking
• Engage with approximately 65 enrolled students
• Promote an inclusive learning experience
• Work collaboratively with academic faculty
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field required
• Preferably teach at the college or university level
• Excellent presentation and mentoring skills
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in education
• Ready to commence by August 16, 2026
