Join YFC Morden as a Youth Engagement Worker this summer and inspire teens through skill-building and relationship development. Immerse in activities that reflect care and compassion.
YFC Morden is looking for individuals dedicated to youth mentorship in a summer role. You will assist in various YFC programs and focus on teaching young individuals skills for their future careers. This position includes supervising activities and ensuring a supportive environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support various youth programs during summer
• Conduct skill development training for teens
• Oversee summer activity outings for youth
• Assist staff in running YFC programs
• Build trustworthy relationships with young people
Requirements:
• Strong passion for youth mentorship
• Sense of responsibility and dependability
• Willingness to learn from experiences
• Previous involvement in youth programs is beneficial
• Competent in collaborative teamwork
