As part of the People Development team, you will deliver engaging learning experiences focused on Benevity’s leadership programs.
Your role is integral to supporting diverse teams and executing effective learning initiatives, ensuring impactful engagement for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct leadership workshops aligned with business priorities
• Adapt facilitation style for various group needs
• Oversee program logistics and participant coordination
• Collaborate on additional learning initiatives like onboarding
• Analyze feedback for program enhancements
Requirements:
• Degree in organizational development or related field
• 3-5 years in facilitation or learning roles
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
• Curiosity and initiative in improving facilitation skills
