Mathematics Grader at University

Join the University of Winnipeg as a Mathematics Grader for the upcoming fall semester, supporting E/M Teachers II course. This role involves grading and student interactions.

As a part-time academic marker, you will be essential in evaluating student work while maintaining course integrity. Applicants should be current undergraduate students at the University, ideally with a background in mathematics or statistics. You may also assist with test proctoring and provide constructive feedback to enrich student studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assignments, tests, and lab results with precision

• Keep accurate records and support course material reproduction

• Help with proctoring exams and quizzes if necessary

• Provide consultation on coursework and grading inquiries

• Participate in required training sessions

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled and completed 30 credit hours at U of W

• Competent communication skills both verbally and in writing

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively

• At least 12 credits in math or statistics with strong grades

• Access to a computer for online marking
