In this role, you will lead efforts to improve adult learning impacts across different instructional levels while administering pivotal professional development funds. Your leadership will help drive initiatives that reimagine teaching and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead improvement practices for staff and student success
• Work with Superintendents’ Team to address community needs
• Coordinate the overarching professional development fund
Requirements:
• Permanent Manitoba Teaching Certificate
• Master of Education (M.Ed.) preferred
• At least seven years in educational leadership
• Experience with K-12 school transformations
• Strong advocacy for equity and inclusion in education
Drive impactful educational reform and support collaborative cultures within WSD.
