Beginning December 4, 2026, you will conduct classes for ENGL- from January 6 to April 6, 2027. As an integral part of the English department, you will lead 12 classes each Friday, guiding approximately 35 students through this engaging subject. An MA or MFA is required to qualify for this teaching position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and relevant lesson plans
• Promote critical analysis and creative discourse
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student work
• Support students' academic and personal development
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Requirements:
• MA or MFA in English literature or a related field
• Previous teaching experience at the college level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to equity in teaching practices
• Capability to connect with a diverse student body
