As a Teaching Assistant, you will help deliver PLNT 4330 A01 from September 9 to December 18, 2026. This part-time role requires 0 to 3 hours per week, ideal for both undergraduate and graduate students. Key tasks include preparing instructional materials and marking assessments while consulting with students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend planning and coordination meetings for course staff
• Prepare and present instructional materials across various settings
• Mark assessments including tests and final projects
• Hold regular consultations and support students informally
• Consult with the employment supervisor for guidance on duties
Requirements:
• Relevant academic studies completed in the field
• Empathetic approach towards student needs
• Proficiency in the English language
• Registered as a full-time student at UM during the appointment
• Valid study permit for international students if applicable
