Support grading efforts for the Data Analytics in Accounting course at the I. H. Asper School of Business. Engage with students through constructive feedback and consultation sessions.
This role is for the ACC 3010 A01 A02 course at the University of Manitoba, commencing on September 14, 2026. The Grader/Marker will work 0 to 20 hours weekly, providing targeted evaluation and written feedback on student submissions. Responsibilities also include orientation with the course supervisor and potential assistance in producing assessment materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with course supervisor for orientation on grading guidelines
• Grade tests, exams, and projects submitted by students
• Provide detailed feedback on student work quality
• Maintain scheduled consultation times for student inquiries
• Assist in creating tests or exams as directed
Requirements:
• Completed relevant academic studies in related subjects
• Empathetic approach to student instructional needs
• Proficient English language skills
• Associate status with the Department of Accounting preferred
• Valid study permit allowing on-campus work
