Trainer Customer Service

Position: Trainer at IntouchCX for Customer Service
Elevate the customer service experience at IntouchCX as a Trainer, delivering impactful training modules to our team members. Leverage your leadership skills and creativity to develop innovative learning solutions.

In this role, you will deliver effective training plans for classes of up to 25 people while utilizing various creative teaching techniques. You will also assist with quality assurance monitoring, training assessments, and feedback management. Strong analytical abilities and a foundational knowledge of adult learning principles will be key to your success in empowering our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training plans and curriculum

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees

• Utilize creative teaching techniques to engage learners

• Administer knowledge assessments and monitor progress

• Interact with partners to discuss training success and improvements

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Education or Business Administration preferred

• 3+ years of contact center experience preferred

• Experience in coaching and customer service training

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods

• Strong communication and analytical skills
