Indigenous Development program based in Winnipeg, MB. This role focuses on teaching the Health and Sustainable Development course.
The position is available for the Winter term, with work commencing on December 4, 2026, and ending May 14, 2027. Classes will be held Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, offering a chance to guide 18 students through essential topics in Indigenous Development. Candidates with a Master’s degree in the field are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 12 interactive classes on sustainable health practices
• Create curriculum focused on Indigenous Development themes
• Guide student research and projects
• Promote active learning and discussion
• Support a culture of diversity and equity in education
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant area
• Experienced educator in post-secondary settings
• Strong background in sustainable development issues
• Dedication to inclusive teaching strategies
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
