Student Success Coach Campus

Empower fellow students as a Student Success Coach at The University of Winnipeg. This part-time term role focuses on enhancing academic skills and providing essential university resources.

The University of Winnipeg seeks Student Success Coaches to support peers in a collaborative environment. You will engage with students in the Student Success Lounge and through virtual platforms, offering coaching on research skills, resources, and academic planning. This position requires flexibility and a commitment of up to 6 hours a week during the term, starting August 24, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching in person and online

• Participate in Study Skills presentations and workshops

• Host 'Drop-in Coaching' for student inquiries

• Assist with Academic and Career Services office tasks

• Offer research support for Student Success Advisors

Requirements:

• Must be a full-time University of Winnipeg student

• At least 45 credit hours and CGPA of 3.0

• Strong communication skills, oral and written

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Demonstrated cultural competence with diverse students
