Instructional Design Specialist

Position: StandardAero Instructional Design Specialist
Enhance learning initiatives at Standard Aero as an Instructional Design Specialist. Utilize your skills to create engaging training solutions in a hybrid or remote setting.

In this role, you will develop comprehensive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of employees. Your focus will be on assessing learning requirements, managing the LMS, and leading projects that drive organizational learning. You'll work collaboratively with various stakeholders to implement effective educational programs that empower staff growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs and recommend solutions

• Design engaging e-learning and instructor-led experiences

• Administer the Learning Management System for effectiveness

• Lead learning projects, managing timelines and deliverables

• Train LMS users and create onboarding resources

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• 3-5 years’ experience in learning design

• Familiarity with adult learning principles

• Proficiency in instructional design tools and LMS
