Indigenous Development program with GLOBAL COLLEGE in Winnipeg, MB. This is a contract role focused on education and student engagement.
The academic contract position, running from January to April 2027, involves teaching GDP- with classes scheduled for Monday evenings. You will contribute to developing critical insights around Indigenous issues for approximately 12 students enrolled. A Master’s degree is required to ensure a rigorous educational standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Indigenous Evaluation course effectively
• Create engaging course content for students
• Assess and grade student work thoroughly
• Drive meaningful student discussions
• Provide support and mentorship to students
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Development or related field
• Previous teaching experience required
• Strong understanding of Indigenous development issues
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment
• Commitment to educational equity and diversity
Utilize your expertise in Indigenous development to inspire and educate students at the University of Winnipeg.
