Become a key educator at Robertson as an Instructor for the Health Care Aide Program in Morden/Winkler, MB. Use your skills to mentor the next generation of HCAs.
The Robertson School of Health has an opening for a Health Care Aide Clinical Instructor. This part-time instructor will engage with students daily, ensuring they receive comprehensive support during their training.
Your role will involve monitoring skills and facilitating successful practicum experiences as students prepare for their careers in health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer daily student and staff questions effectively
• Guide students in understanding HCA responsibilities
• Track and comment on student performance during practicums
• Complete weekly progress evaluations for students
• Support collaboration in final evaluation processes
Requirements:
• 5 years of health care experience, ideally in long-term care
• Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification
• Strong reliability and independent decision-making skills
• Effective communicator and supportive mentor
• Familiarity with standard computer applications
Support and enhance educational experiences for aspiring Health Care Aides at Robertson School of Health.
