Instructional Designer

Position: Instructional Designer for AutoCanada
Shape the future of learning at Auto Canada as an Instructional Designer based in Edmonton, AB or Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid). Develop innovative training solutions focused on performance improvement.

In this contract role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating learner-centered experiences that align with Auto Canada’s strategic goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into engaging learning solutions that drive success across the dealerships and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate performance needs into effective learning solutions

• Develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials

• Create and implement blended learning strategies

• Collaborate with teams to recommend tailored solutions

• Measure learning effectiveness and refine offerings accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or similar tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in a sales or automotive environment is a plus
