In this contract role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating learner-centered experiences that align with Auto Canada’s strategic goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into engaging learning solutions that drive success across the dealerships and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate performance needs into effective learning solutions
• Develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials
• Create and implement blended learning strategies
• Collaborate with teams to recommend tailored solutions
• Measure learning effectiveness and refine offerings accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a sales or automotive environment is a plus
