Grade 4​/5 French Immersion Teacher

Join Winnipeg School Division as a Grade 4/5 French Immersion Teacher, fostering an enriching environment for young learners. This intriguing 50% term position focuses on supporting diverse communities through French language education.

Serving Grades 4 and 5 on Days 1, 3, and 5, this role is critical to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences from September 8, 2026, until June 30, 2027. You will work to build French language skills while supporting the diverse needs of students. The ideal candidate will hold a Manitoba Teaching Certificate and be committed to the values of equity and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a French immersion curriculum

• Create an inclusive atmosphere for all students

• Engage with parents and families regarding student progress

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff

• Assess and report on student achievements

Requirements:

• Manitoba Teaching Certificate required

• Successful Child Abuse Registry and Police Information Check
