Garden Valley School Division is looking to fill a term position as a High School Teacher in Math and Social Studies for the  school year at Garden Valley Collegiate in Winkler, Manitoba. The role includes teaching Grade 9 Math, Grade 10 Essential Math, and Grade 9 Social Studies. Candidates should be prepared to support a wide range of learning styles through effective teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lessons in Grade 9 Math and its essentials

• Teach the Grade 9 Social Studies curriculum with enthusiasm

• Promote inquiry-based learning and critical analysis

Requirements:

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate or eligibility required

• Ability to implement effective differentiated teaching strategies

• Familiarity with the Grade 9 Social Studies curriculum

• Satisfactory Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks
