Inspire the next generation of chefs as a Culinary Workshop Leader with Kitchen Brigades across Canada. Deliver engaging culinary workshops focusing on cooking techniques and healthy eating principles to students aged 12-17.
As a Consultant Chef Trainer, you will lead weekly culinary sessions in schools, sharing your passion for food while educating students from diverse backgrounds. Your experience as a chef or home cook will shine as you facilitate workshops that utilize La Tablée des Chefs materials. Be prepared to collaborate with various establishments to enhance youth engagement through culinary challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver 2-2.5 hour culinary workshops weekly
• Teach basic cooking techniques and guide recipe preparation
• Use La Tablée des Chefs educational materials
• Purchase required ingredients within the budget
• Provide necessary administrative documentation
Requirements:
• Passion for food and cooking
• Experience in teaching or facilitation
• Ability to work with teenagers
• DEP in cooking or equivalent preferred
• Criminal background check required
